Shipping & Production
Every artwork is produced especially for you after your order has been placed. Working with trusted professional production partners allows every print to be created locally using premium materials and carefully inspected before shipping.
1. Production Time
- Fine Art Prints: 1–3 business days.
- Alu-Dibond / Acrylic Glass: 2–4 business days.
2. Delivery Windows (Production + Shipping)
The total delivery time depends on your location. Below are the regular timeframes from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep:
- Germany: 3–6 business days
- Europe (EU): 4–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
Please note: Local customs processing for international shipments outside the EU may occasionally extend these timeframes, which is outside of our control.
Damaged Items & Returns
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit or shows any production defects, please contact us immediately at
- lemke.art@gmx.de
with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging
We will arrange a free replacement for you as quickly as possible through our production partner. You do not need to ship damaged items back to us.
2. Standard Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We want you to love your artwork. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and perfect condition.
- Important Note: Please contact us before sending any items back to receive the correct return address. Do not send items back to the production facility address on the package.
